MBL Fulfilment combines the extensive operational experience of MBL Logistics with the innovative technology of Diamond Logistics, a leader in fulfilment and logistics management.

As a network partner of Diamond Logistics, we leverage the Despatchlab platform — integrating with 60+ marketplaces and 40+ carriers to automate processes and optimise cost.

“We believe logistics is not just a process — it's a critical element of every company's success.”

How it works

What actually happens to your stock

Handing your inventory to someone else is a decision most brands make once and live with for years. It is worth knowing exactly what the day-to-day looks like before you make it.

01

Your channels connect to the platform

Your storefronts and marketplaces link to Despatchlab, so orders arrive with us automatically rather than being exported, emailed or re-keyed. Stock levels stay in sync across every channel at once, which is what stops the same unit being sold twice in two places.

02

Stock is held and picked at one site

Everything sits in our Eccles warehouse — one location, one stock position, one team who know your account. Orders are picked against that single source rather than routed between depots, and each item is packed for what it actually is: glass, garments and electricals do not travel the same way.

03

The carrier is chosen per parcel, not per contract

Despatchlab selects from 40+ carriers by destination, weight and dimensions, so each parcel goes out on the option that fits it. That choice exists because MBL Fulfilment is a network partner of Diamond Logistics — the rates and the carrier relationships come through the network rather than being negotiated one brand at a time.

04

You and your customer both see where it is

Tracking updates in real time on both sides. You see dispatch and delivery status against your orders; your customer gets the same visibility without contacting you to ask.

There are no minimum order volumes attached to any of this. The process is the same whether you dispatch ten parcels a week or ten thousand — what changes is how much of the warehouse you occupy, not how you are treated. More on the platform.

The MBL Group

Backed by a logistics group, not a startup experiment

MBL Fulfilment is part of the MBL Group, with courier heritage dating back to 2009 — logistics done right, from the first click to the final barcode.

That matters more than it sounds. Fulfilment providers and delivery operators are usually separate businesses, which is why a parcel problem so often turns into two companies pointing at each other. Here the courier side is not a supplier we buy from — it is part of the same group, with its own drivers and its own network relationships.

MBL Logistics

Where we are

One fulfilment centre in Eccles, Manchester

Everything ships from a single site in Greater Manchester — stock in, picked, packed and out the same day. One location means one stock position and one team who knows your account, rather than orders bouncing between depots.

There are no minimum order volumes. Whether you dispatch ten parcels a week or ten thousand, the process and the platform are the same.

Why sectors

A parcel is not just a parcel

Most fulfilment looks identical from the outside: something goes in a box and a courier takes it away. The difference between providers shows up in the categories where that is not enough — where getting it wrong means a broken bottle, a spoiled batch or a shipment stopped at the border.

Alcohol

Age verification enforced at the doorstep, reinforced packaging engineered for glass, and excise and duty documentation prepared for the destination market.

Foodstuffs

Ambient and chilled handling, First-Expiry-First-Out rotation so the freshest stock is not the last to leave, and hygiene and traceability standards throughout.

Electrical

ESD-safe packing for static-sensitive components, secure storage with tracked and insured carriers, and compliant labelling and routing for lithium batteries.

The same thinking runs through beauty, clothing, childrenswear and toys, and cleaning products — seven categories in total, each with its own handling notes rather than a single process with the sector name swapped in. If your products do not fall neatly into one of them, that is worth a conversation rather than an assumption.
